FAA Proposes Supersession of AD 2017-12-03 for Certain Pratt & Whitney Turbofan Engines

The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) proposes to supersede Airworthiness Directive (AD) 2017-12-03, which affects certain Pratt & Whitney Division (PW) PW2037, PW2037M, and PW2040 turbofan engines. The proposed AD aims to address an unsafe condition on these products by requiring the installation of a new software standard.
