HHS Makes Determination on Carborundum Company Petition for Special Exposure Cohort

The US Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) has made a determination regarding a petition to include employees from the Carborundum Company in the Special Exposure Cohort (SEC) under the Energy Employees Occupational Illness Compensation Program Act of 2000 (EEOICPA).
