CDC Invites Manufacturers to Collaborate on Pertussis Serological Kits

The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) is seeking commercial manufacturers to validate pertussis serological kits before submitting them to the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) for marketing authorization, with the goal of developing an in vitro serological diagnosis assay for pertussis in selected age groups.
