EPA Proposes Approval of Vermont Air Plan Revisions

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is proposing to approve several revisions to Vermont's State Implementation Plan (SIP) to meet federal air quality standards, including those related to the Prevention of Significant Deterioration (PSD) and nonattainment new source review (NNSR) permit programs.
