Waiver Request for Aquaculture Support Operations for the 2018 Calendar Year

The Maritime Administration (MARAD) is seeking public comments on a waiver request to allow foreign vessels to support aquaculture operations in the US, as domestic vessels are not available. The waiver would enable documented vessels with foreign flags or registry endorsements to perform services that protect aquaculture fish from disease or threats.
