Correction to Qualified Zone Academy Bonds Regulations

The IRS has issued a correction to its final regulations on qualified zone academy bonds, clarifying the program requirements for states and local governments, as well as banks and taxpayers holding these bonds, following the publication of the regulations in the Federal Register on July 30, 2010.
