EPA Proposes Approval of California Air Plan Revisions for San Diego County

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is seeking approval to revise the San Diego County Air Pollution Control District's portion of the California State Implementation Plan to regulate volatile organic compound emissions from polyester resin operations, in accordance with the Clean Air Act.
