EPA Revises Agricultural Worker Protection Standard Requirements, Requests Public Input

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is revising certain requirements in the Agricultural Worker Protection Standard, with a proposed rulemaking expected to be published in FY 2018 to gather public feedback on proposed changes, including minimum age, designated representative, and application exclusion zone requirements.
