Air Plan Approval; Ohio; Regional Haze Plan and Prong 4 (Visibility) for the 2012 and 2006 PM2.5, 2010 NO2, 2010 SO2, and 2008 Ozone NAAQS

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is proposing to take action under the Clean Air Act on an Ohio State Implementation Plan submittal addressing regional haze, based on a final determination that Ohio's participation in the Cross-State Air Pollution Rule program meets the Regional Haze Rule's criteria. The proposed actions include approving Ohio's regional haze SIP submittals and revising the state's reliance on the Clean Air Interstate Rule.
