Commerce Department Discloses Return Information to Census Bureau

The US Department of Commerce has issued final and temporary regulations allowing the disclosure of certain return information to the Bureau of the Census for statistical purposes, in response to a request from the Secretary of Commerce, with no impact on taxpayers' tax liabilities.
