NMFS Publishes Standard Ex-Vessel Prices for North Pacific Observer Program
The National Marine Fisheries Service (NMFS) has released standard ex-vessel prices for groundfish and halibut, which will be used to calculate observer fees for 2018 landings under the North Pacific Observer Program.
