U.S. Maritime Administration Seeks Public Comments on Request for Administrative Waiver of Coastwise Trade Laws for Vessel CHASIN TAIL 2

The U.S. Maritime Administration (MARAD) is soliciting public comments on a request for an administrative waiver of the U.S.-build requirement of the coastwise laws, which would allow the vessel CHASIN TAIL 2 to operate under certain circumstances.
