DISA Announces Environmental Assessment and FONSI for GTMO-PR SFOC Project

The Defense Information Systems Agency has completed an Environmental Assessment and issued a Finding of No Significant Impact for a submarine fiber optic cable system connecting U.S. Naval Station Guantanamo Bay, Cuba, to Ft. Buchanan, Puerto Rico, to enhance DoD communications.
