HUD Withdraws Proposed Rules to Reduce Regulatory and Financial Burden

As part of HUD's Regulatory Reform Task Force efforts, the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) has decided not to move forward with five proposed rules published in the Federal Register, effectively withdrawing them from HUD's Unified Agenda of Regulatory and Deregulatory Actions. This decision aligns with Executive Orders 13771 and 13777, which mandate prudent management and control of planned regulations' costs.
