EPA Withdraws Direct Final Rule for Maryland's Air Quality Implementation Plans

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is withdrawing a direct final rule that approved revisions to Maryland's Clean Air Act section 111(d)/129 State Plan for municipal waste combustors due to an adverse comment.
