EPA Deletes C&D Recycling Superfund Site from National Priorities List

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has finalized the removal of the C&D Recycling Superfund Site in Pennsylvania from the National Priorities List, following completion of all necessary response actions under the Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation, and Liability Act (CERCLA) of 1980.
