EPA Discloses Potential Confidential Business Information in Litigation

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is notifying parties involved in pending litigation that it may have confidential business information that could be claimed or determined to be potentially sensitive, and is transferring this information to the US Department of Justice for review.
