EPA Approves California Air Plan Revisions to Regulate Diesel Idling

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has finalized a revision to the California State Implementation Plan (SIP) to limit emissions of volatile organic compounds (VOCs), oxides of nitrogen (NOx), and particulate matter (PM) from idling diesel-powered trucks, in compliance with the Clean Air Act (CAA).
