OPM Requests Review of Revised Leadership Assessment Surveys

The Office of Personnel Management (OPM) is seeking approval from the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) to review and potentially expand its Leadership Assessment Surveys, which include the OPM Leadership 360 TM , Leadership Potential Assessment, and Leadership Profiler. This review is necessary to gather data on federal agency performance and leadership effectiveness.
