NOAA Releases Final Evaluation Findings for State Coastal Programs and National Estuarine Research Reserves

The NOAA Office for Coastal Management has completed evaluations of state coastal programs and national estuarine research reserves, finding that the states are implementing and enforcing their federally approved programs and adhering to national objectives and reserve system requirements.
