EPA Grants Exemption to TMDPS for Hazardous Waste Injection Wells in Texas

The US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has reissued an exemption to Deer Park Services (TMDPS) Limited Partnership for two Class I hazardous waste injection wells at their facility in Deer Park, Texas, allowing for underground injection of specific hazardous wastes until December 31, 2030.
