USAID Proposes Rule to Enhance Information Technology Management and Security

The U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID) is seeking public comment on a proposed rule that would update its Acquisition Regulation (AIDAR) to better manage the acquisition and use of information technology resources, in line with the Federal Information Technology Acquisition Reform Act.
