U.S. Agency for International Development Amends Leave and Holidays Policy for Personal Services Contractors

The U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID) has updated its policy to revise the General Provision contract clause for U.S. personal services contractors, including changes to annual and sick leave, and compensatory time off, effective as of a recent revision published in the Federal Register.
