U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission Adjusts Civil Penalties for Inflation

The U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission is updating its regulations to reflect inflation adjustments for fiscal year 2018, as mandated by the Federal Civil Penalties Inflation Adjustment Act of 1990 and the Federal Civil Penalties Inflation Adjustment Act Improvements Act of 2015.
