NRC Proposes Fee Schedule Amendments to Recover 90% of Annual Budget

The U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) is proposing to amend its fee schedules to recover approximately 90% of its annual budget, as required by the Omnibus Budget Reconciliation Act of 1990, and has issued a proposed rule for fiscal year 2018 based on its budget request.
