Treasury Department Unblocks 13 Specially Designated Nationals

The Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) has removed the names of 10 entities and 3 individuals from the list of blocked persons, as mandated by Executive Order 13224, which was issued on September 23, 2001.
