NRC Approves Three Amendment Requests for Nuclear Facilities, Imposes Access Procedures for Sensitive Information

The U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) is considering approval of three amendment requests for the Nine Mile Point Nuclear Station, R.E. Ginna Nuclear Power Plant, and Hope Creek Generating Station, which involve no significant hazards consideration and contain sensitive unclassified non-safeguards information (SUNSI). The NRC will impose procedures for accessing this sensitive information for content preparation purposes.
