U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission to Consider Amendment for Crow Butte Resources' Uranium Recovery Facility

The U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission is reviewing a proposed amendment to license SUA-1534, which would allow Crow Butte Resources to build and operate an in situ uranium recovery facility at the Marsland Expansion Area in Nebraska, following an environmental assessment and finding of no significant impact.
