Exelon Generation Company, LLC Receives Partial Exemption from NRC
The US Nuclear Regulatory Commission granted Exelon a partial exemption from record retention regulations for the Oyster Creek Nuclear Generating Station, allowing the company to delay record retention until the end of the operating license.
