U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission Considers Exemptions for Exelon's Oyster Creek Nuclear Generating Station

The NRC is considering exemptions to allow Exelon to use funds from the Oyster Creek decommissioning trust fund for irradiated fuel management and site restoration activities without prior notification, or to use withdrawals from the trust fund for these activities without prior notification to the NRC.
