U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission Withdraws Outdated Guidance on Vehicle Protection at Nuclear Power Plants

The U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) has withdrawn its 1994 guidance document, RG 5.68, due to its outdated nature and supersession by newer NRC guidance, leaving it ineffective in safeguarding nuclear facilities against malicious vehicle use.
