U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission Proposes Amendment to Spent Fuel Storage Regulations

The U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) is proposing to amend its spent fuel storage regulations to include Renewed Amendment No. 15 to Certificate of Compliance No. 1004 for the TN Americas LLC Standardized NUHOMS Horizontal Modular Storage System, which would revise technical specifications to improve fuel qualification and loading procedures.
