U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission Approves TN Americas LLC Spent Fuel Storage System

The U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission has confirmed the effective date of January 22, 2019, for a direct final rule that amended the agency's spent fuel storage regulations, approving the TN Americas LLC Standardized NUHOMS System for use in the United States.
