General Services Administration Amends Acquisition Regulation to Align with Small Business Administration Mentor-Protégé Program

The General Services Administration (GSA) has issued a direct final rule to remove outdated provisions from its Acquisition Regulation (GSAR) and align them with the Small Business Administration's (SBA) governmentwide Mentor-Protégé program, effectively transitioning to the SBA's program.
