Submission for OMB Review; North Carolina Sales Tax Certification
The Regulatory Secretariat Division will submit a request to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) for review and approval of an existing OMB emergency clearance notice related to North Carolina sales tax certification, in accordance with the Paperwork Reduction Act.
