DOD, GSA, and NASA Issue Final Rule to Amend Federal Acquisition Regulation for Interagency Contracts

The Department of Defense (DoD), General Services Administration (GSA), and National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) have issued a final rule to implement a section of the John S. McCain National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA) for Fiscal Year (FY) 2019, which removes the need to make a best procurement approach determination for interagency acquisitions.
