GSA Submits Request for OMB Review of Contractor Information Worksheet

The General Services Administration (GSA) is seeking approval from the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) to expand the coverage of the Contractor Information Worksheet; GSA Form 850, a previously approved information collection requirement, in order to grant unescorted physical access to GSA-controlled facilities and/or logical access to GSA-controlled information systems.
