GSA to Submit Information Collection Request for Improving Customer Experience

The General Services Administration (GSA) is coordinating the government-wide development of a proposed information collection request to improve customer experience, as part of the Administration's commitment to enhancing customer service delivery, and will submit it to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) for approval under the Paperwork Reduction Act.
