DOD, GSA, and NASA Update Federal Acquisition Regulation to Clarify Affiliate Definition

The Department of Defense (DOD), General Services Administration (GSA), and National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) are issuing a final rule to update the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) to clarify the definition of 'affiliates' and remove an outdated requirement for 8(a) Program participants.
