DoD, GSA, and NASA Propose Amendment to Federal Acquisition Regulation to Prohibit Federal Contracts to Institutions with Anti-Military Policies

The Department of Defense, General Services Administration, and National Aeronautics and Space Administration are proposing to update the Federal Acquisition Regulation to align with a U.S. law that restricts federal contract awards to institutions that ban Reserve Officer Training Corps units or military recruiting on campus.
