DOD, GSA, and NASA Issue Final Rule to Define 'Commercial Item' Under FAR

The Department of Defense (DoD), General Services Administration (GSA), and National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) are publishing a final rule to revise the definition of a 'commercial item' in the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), as mandated by the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2018.
