GSA to Prepare Environmental Impact Statement for Chet Holifield Federal Building

The U.S. General Services Administration (GSA) plans to prepare an Environmental Impact Statement (EIS) for the Chet Holifield Federal Building in Laguna Niguel, California, to assess the potential effects of proposed alternatives for the long-term housing of federal agency tenants, with a focus on the largest tenant, U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS).
