IRS Invites Public Comment on Proposed Collection of Form 5307

The Internal Revenue Service (IRS) is seeking public input on its proposed collection of Form 5307, a document used for adopters of Master or Prototype or Volume Submitter Plans, as part of its efforts to reduce paperwork and respondent burden, in accordance with the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995.
