Request for Comments Concerning Proposed Modification of Action Pursuant to Section 301: China's Acts, Policies, and Practices Related to Technology Transfer, Intellectual Property, and Innovation

The U.S. Trade Representative is seeking public comment on a proposed increase in tariffs on approximately $250 billion worth of Chinese products, from 25% to 30%, effective on products first subject to tariff actions in June, August, and September 2018.
