U.S. Trade Representative Announces Process for Exclusion Requests from Additional Duties on Chinese Products
The U.S. Trade Representative will establish an electronic portal for U.S. stakeholders to request exclusion from additional duties on certain Chinese products, following a notice published on August 20, 2019.
