US International Trade Commission Proposes Rule Amendments for Duty Suspensions and Reductions

The US International Trade Commission is proposing changes to its rules governing petitions for duty suspensions and reductions under the American Manufacturing Competitiveness Act of 2016 to clarify certain provisions and address concerns that have arisen in Commission practice.
