U.S. International Trade Commission Finds Violation of Section 337 in Magnetic Tape Investigation

The U.S. International Trade Commission has found a violation of Section 337 in an investigation involving Certain Magnetic Tape Cartridges and Components Thereof. The commission has issued a limited exclusion order and cease and desist orders, and the investigation has been terminated.
