Hanwha Q CELLS USA Inc. Files Complaint with U.S. International Trade Commission Over Photovoltaic Cells

Hanwha Q CELLS USA Inc. and Hanwha Q CELLS & Advanced Materials Corporation have filed a complaint with the U.S. International Trade Commission, alleging that certain photovoltaic cells and products containing them infringe on a U.S. patent, and requesting the Commission to investigate and issue exclusion orders.
