Heraeus Medical Files Complaint with U.S. International Trade Commission Over Bone Cement Imports

Heraeus Medical LLC and Heraeus Medical GmbH have filed a complaint with the U.S. International Trade Commission, alleging that imports of certain bone cements and products containing them from Germany are harming the US domestic industry due to the misappropriation of trade secrets.
