U.S. International Trade Commission Extends Investigation Timeline for Certain Road Construction Machines and Components

The U.S. International Trade Commission has decided to partially review a final initial determination finding a violation of section 337 of the Tariff Act of 1930, and has extended the deadline for completion of the investigation by five business days to June 21, 2019.
